How do I know my ring size before purchasing?
We recommend using our detailed Ring Size Guide available on our website. We also include a free ring sizer with every order to make sizing adjustments easy if needed. (Note: Due to popular demand, our ring sizer is currently out of stock, but we’re restocking and it’ll be back in early July.)
What if my ring doesn’t fit?
We get it, finding the perfect fit isn't always easy. That's why we offer complimentary resizing for your first order within 14 days of delivery. Simply return the ring in its original condition, and we’ll take care of the rest, free of charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the ring within 14 days for store credit or request an exchange. The ring must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging.
How long does shipping take?
We use overnight express shipping, so most orders arrive within the next 1–3 business days depending on your location and courier delays.
Can I wear my LUME ring in water?
All LUME rings are crafted with a base of sterling silver — an enduring, hypoallergenic metal known for its strength and lasting shine. To elevate their brilliance and add extra protection, our silver pieces are finished with a triple layer of premium plating. They’re water-safe and resistant to tarnish, made to stay luminous over time.
Our gold designs feature a thick layer of 18k gold plating over sterling silver, offering that warm golden glow without the luxury price tag. Like all plated jewelry, a gentle softening of the gold tone may occur with frequent exposure to water, lotions, or daily wear. And if you ever wish to refresh it, a local jeweller can easily re-plate it for you.
